Balance and movement

I. Balancing
There is probably no better way to improve your general body control, than to practise balancing postures. This is done by balancing on one leg while rolling, shoving and/or spinning balls. You can then take up different individually chosen postures and hold them shortly while practising FingerQiGong.

II. Walking
The first movement you shuold try while practicing FingerQiGong is walking. It´s a walking meditation, because you must completely be here and now to avoid losing a ball.

III. Dancing
If you can lightly dance while practicing, you have attained the enlarged mastery in FingerQi-Gong. For example it´s alot of fun, to try sort of a Greek dance, because the Greeks like to hold the arms horizontally while dancing.
